podcast
Sleeping while “driving” in a traffic jam is a very challenging task. Only a bit easier is reading a news paper. But finally I discovered a method how to save some time during my daily commuting.
Podcast is a fantastic alterntaive to traditional radio. I may easily choose program I’d like to listen to. And there are thousands of podcasts available. Of course, most of them is rubbish. But still there are many interesting. For example ITC: Security or Security Now! So now I’m not scared of traffic jams anymore

* LUGradio although it’s a little ‘british’
(http://www.lugradio.org/)
* BSDtalk http://bsdtalk.blogspot.com/
* for those who learn business english: http://www.ondemand-english.com
and of course screencasts/podcasts from http://revision3.com/
For good podcasts look at: http://digg.com/podcasts
